Printed Circuit Board Assembly



Our services include thru-hole assembly, surface mount assembly, automatic insertion, and wave soldering using an environmentally friendly "no clean process." Potting, conformal coating and burn-in services are also available.

Cable Assemblies



We can assemble any cable—from the simplest job to intricate projects consisting of multiple cable types. We handle welding and battery cables up through 4/0; fiber optic cables; flat ribbon cables with insulation displacement or discrete termination; custom computer cables; telephone cables; and coaxial cables for video, audio and all types of RF applications. We also provide wiring harnessing using discrete wire and connectors.

Wire Cutting and Lead Preparation

This capability includes automated cut and strip, as well as machine termination.

Functionality Testing



We have comprehensive testing capabilities including circuit testing, functionality testing and component-level trouble shooting to assure your product's complete performance.

Electro-mechanical Assemblies



Includes relay and electrical control panels.

Sub-assemblies

We'll provide electrical and mechanical assemblies to simplify your manufacturing process.

Barcode Labeling



We can create labels of all types and formats, such as UPC and 3 of 9 with applications that include serialization, date coding, inventory control and more.

We offer labor only to complete turn-key assembly, and ship to MRP2, JIT, and KANBAN programs.

CAD/CAM, Consulting and Design Services

In addition to our full range of manufacturing capabilities, we also serve our clients with design and production consulting.

We can apply your design to circuit boards, whether they're single-sided, double-sided or multi-layered.
